Whether you're a single lawyer or managing a firm with dozens of employees, the system scales to your needs thanks to its flexible infrastructure.

  • Is there UYAP integration?

    Yes! With the Chrome extension specially developed by AVHOS, users can automatically upload their files to the system. Security is enhanced by using special tokens linked to your account when using this feature. This feature only works in Türkiye.

  • Does AVHOS operate via a web-based platform?

    Yes. AVHOS is a completely web-based system, allowing users to securely access their data from any device, be it a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. The servers are hosted on a secure infrastructure, and your data is backed up regularly.

  • Do I need any technical knowledge to use AVHOS?

    No, the system is designed to be extremely user-friendly. The menu structure is simple, and the instructions are easy to understand. Even without technical knowledge, you can easily perform basic operations after a few minutes of use.

  • How to open a case file through AVHOS?

    You can create your case file by clicking the "Add File" button in the "Files" tab on the main control panel and entering some basic information.

  • How do trial, appointment, to-do, and task reminders work?

    All trial dates, appointments, tasks, and assignments are automatically tracked by the system. AVHOS reminds you of upcoming events via email. This way, you won't miss any trial, appointments, or tasks, and you can plan your workflow with confidence.

  • Is AVHOS available on mobile devices?

    Absolutely. AVHOS is designed to be fully compatible with mobile devices. It works seamlessly through the browser on both iOS and Android-based devices. The upcoming mobile app will make the user experience even more practical.

  • Are my data on AVHOS safe?

    Yes. All data is encrypted in accordance with international security standards and protected by an SSL certificate. Furthermore, personal data is processed in full compliance with the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and within the framework of the privacy policy.

  • What happens if data is lost?

    The AVHOS system performs three automatic backups daily. This allows for quick restoration from backup in the event of any data loss. User data is also protected by multi-layered firewalls. However, the responsibility for backing up all data outside of AVHOS still rests with the user.

  • Will the data be shared with third parties?

    No. User data is used solely for the purpose of providing system services and is never shared with third parties under any circumstances. AVHOS is fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and privacy policies.

  • What are AVHOS's paid packages?

    AVHOS offers three main package options: “Lite”, “Plus”, and “Pro”. The Lite and Plus packages are ideal for solo lawyers, while the Pro package provides features and additional user support for team or corporate use.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes. Users can try the system for free for 7 days with the AVHOS Plus package. During this time, you can test how the system works and evaluate whether it is suitable for your office.

  • Can I change my package?

    Yes. You can change your package type by contacting us.

  • Are there special prices available for large offices?

    Yes. We offer special corporate pricing options for law firms, consulting firms, or corporate legal departments requesting 10 or more users. Additional users can be added upon request, without any limit on the number of users.

  • Does AVHOS provide technical support?

    Yes. Our users can receive technical support six days a week during business hours via email and our contact page. The support team provides quick solutions to system issues, account transactions, or usage questions.

  • How can I close my account?

    If you wish to close your account, you can contact us and we can permanently delete your account. All data is permanently deleted as per security procedures.

  • How can I submit my suggestions and feedback?

    You can easily submit your suggestions, problems, and requests to us using the "Contact Us" page located in the upper right corner of the platform. The AVHOS team carefully evaluates all feedback received to improve the user experience.
